PE and Sports' Premium Funding
Here at Hawkesley Church Primary Academy we will look to spend this funding in ways that support our school values; We are respectful, responsible, hopeful, friendly, truthful and we persevere. Our PE and Sports Premium Funding will enable pupils to improve their health, skills and physical literacy through participating and being given the responsibility to lead activities in a wider range of sports, both within and outside of the school.
PE and Sport Premium Key Outcome Indicators:
- The engagement of all pupils in regular physical activity – kick-starting healthy active lifestyles
- The profile of PE and sport being raised across the school as a tool for whole school improvement
- Increased confidence, knowledge and skills of all staff in teaching PE and sport
- Broader experience of a range of sports and activities offered to all pupils
- Increased participation in competitive sport
